Step By Step Instructions for Agents
!) Insured needs to be approved for factoring by eCapital by filling out the application at the below link
2) Agent must fill out the Down Payment Assistance Form
3) Once approved an eCapital representative will send the insured loan documents to
review and sign
4) After final approval, Agent will collect 50% of the approved down payment from the Insured
5) After down payment collections please send in the PFA to Heritage and notify us of the down payment assistance from eCapital.
